Meg’s first day training
October 22, 2015 Haveriggs Farm
First day of training for five month old Meg and we returned to the farm of her birth and breeder/trainer Peter Ellis. Weeks of puppy walking and repeated "lie down!" and "that'll do Meg!" have paid off! Of course we had moments where the smells around her were more interesting and times when "that'll do Meg!" where ignored in favour of another run around the sheep! However she quickly started to recognise "come bye" and "away" and promises to be a 'top dog'! She also has a lovely nature and is good company so a winner all round!
Next lesson in two weeks so we hope to bring more good news (and perhaps better photos!)
